Shipping was fast and the engraver actually arrived a day early. The engraver was packaged very well, and assembly & set-up was easy and pretty straight forward. I have engraved multiple random images on some scrap wood that I had, as well as some painted stainless steel tumblers using the R3 roller attachment. Look-up recommended speeds and power levels for what type of material you are engraving to get off to a decent start. My first 2 engravings were a little off, but I have since got them dialed in a little closer. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who is considering one of these types of laser! You really can't go wrong for the price of one of these!
